Pricing and currency

All prices are listed in BDT unless otherwise noted, and are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

Order fulfillment

We'll do our best to fulfill orders promptly. In rare cases of stock shortages, we'll notify you and offer a refund, exchange, or substitute.

Account responsibility

If you create an account with us, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account.

Service availability

We aim to keep our site running smoothly but don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we're not liable for losses caused by temporary downtime.
